Figure 17

Once the multi-zone nucleosynthesis run for explosion energy 0.6 B and with rates updated from Set 2 is finished, make the data for Figure 17. To do so, change into your data directory and retrieve the 15N mass fraction as a function of interior mass coordinate:

cd ~/projects/nucnet-tools-code/data_pub/s15a28a28/

../../examples/analysis/print_mass_fractions_in_zones my_output_0.6e51_updated_rates.xml n15 > n15_0.6e51_updated_rates.txt

This creates a text file n15_0.6e51_updated_rates.txt, which contains in column 1 the zone label and in column 2 the final 15N mass fraction in the zone for the calculation. Graph column 2 of this file versus column 2 of mass_pre.txt (divided by 1.9891 × 1033 to convert grams to solar masses) that you previously created. Then graph column 2 of the file n15_0.6e51_reference.txt (made here) versus column 2 of mass_pre.txt (divided by 1.9891 × 1033). Finally, add the curves for the pre-supernova and post-supernova 15N mass fractions.
